MICHAEL J. FLINT, SENIOR MANAGING DIRECTORMike is an executive with strong leadership skills and extensive manufacturing management experience. He has held leadership positions of President and Vice President in companies with revenues of $80 million to $250 million. He has demonstrated the ability to increase profits while leading and driving continuous improvement throughout an organization. Mike holds a MBA from Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan where he graduated with honors and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from General Motors Institute in Flint, Michigan.  |
JOHN C. POLLOCK, MANAGING DIRECTORJohn leads the business development, investment due diligence, and capital procurement functions of the firm. He is a finance executive with extensive experience in all facets of commercial lending and leveraged finance. Prior to joining LV2, he served as Senior Vice President for a Midwest based bank and was responsible for managing the marketing function of its asset based lending group. John holds an MBA from the University of Dayton where he graduated with honors, and an undergraduate degree in Finance from Michigan State University. John is also a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor. |

STEHLIK, MANAGING DIRECTORJ.C. is an executive with a proven ability to plan, improve, implement and control all functions of business operations and finance within small to mid-size enterprises. He has held positions of President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer in small to mid-sized companies, typically with revenues under $20 million. He has demonstrated the ability to develop the strategic vision and implement the tactics necessary to increase the profitability of the business. J.C. holds both a MBA and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan. |
